John was professional & helped me decide which size unit would work best for me. Place is immaculate! Plenty of parking & ground level loading docks.

Excellent facility. Great customer service

The place is clean, brightly lit, and the workers were incredibly friendly, and helpful. That being said, I wasn't happy that the great deal I got on this site was only valid for 4 months. This is my first storage unit, and I am not sure of the norm here, but 4 months seems like a short time. By the time I fill up this unit, it will be time for an increase and now adds stress. I don't know what the increase will be, and when you are on a budget the unknown price hike makes me apprehensive. Other than that, Dan and Nick were really personable, and attentive. The place is bright and shiny. I am hoping that the increase will be manageable so that we can continue to do business together.

The associates made the process really easy and quick from beginning to end

Place is awesome location is great and clean but the carts are hard to move. It seems like the wheels keep pushing a different direction.

Really helpful staff and nice facilities.
