Public Storage - Long Island City - 3128 Northern Blvd

This was my first time ever renting a storage unit. Amanda was very patient and answered all of my questions and walked me through everything.

I have been a customer since 2008 and every year my storage payments goes up. It is too expensive. Customers like me that been for a few years should get a break, especially now with the pandemic and people like me with no job, no unemployment and no stimulus checks for almost a year. That is something that corporate should take in "CONSIDERATION". I'm up to my last savings and trying to seek help so that I don't lose my storage unit with all my personal belongings and especially my memorabilia. Thank You. Respectfully, Nora Orozco

I reserved a unit on the website because the price fit my budget for the amount of space I needed. I met Livette when I arrived and she was very polite and asked me what I was storing. When she agreed that the unit I reserved met my needs, she showed me the unit. I liked it so I bought it. There weren't any crazy upsells which was what I was getting prepared for. Only thing was the insurance is required on the unit. I felt that should have been mentioned on the reservation web page. Otherwise great experience

I was client of Public Storahe in 2007 at 21 street in Astoria , that is why i decided rent a storage again . The place at 3204 Northem Boulevard bis very good for me because is close and easy to b there. The person Marlik who was open my account is very helpful and gave me all information about and I am very satisfied with my unit storage.

They did a great job accommodating me for my moving and helped made it easier for me to store my items

Victoria was very helpful,helped me get a good size and at a great price. I'm not sure how long i will need the space for,and all my items we're packed but she showed me a product damp check at first I told her no my furniture is from ikea, but once she told me I can use it anywhere after I move out it was sold...! Diamond was also very friendly.. great girls to have working at that location... 5 stars

The facility is clean, well-lit, secure, and the staff is great! My moving day was one of those where everything that could go wrong did, so I am forever grateful to have been helped by Miriam and Jerea. They were so helpful and friendly and definitely saved the day! I have used Public Storage a few times before and in different cities, but this location has been my best experience, especially as it relates to customer service and professionalism.

I was helped by Diamond and Brittany. When I say "helped" I mean they were sent by God himself to hook it up. I'm pretty sure they're angels with brightly colored fingernails. The unit is so nice I'm thinking about moving there. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Gotta go. Nap time.

I came by with a carload of materials I had received for my non profit as a donation. Needing a last minute storage, this location was not only the least expensive (by far), but also extremely clean and convenient. I was greeted by the staff member Brittany, and the manager Tina. They not only made my move in quick and easy, but even helped me to make sure I found my space and was moved in comfortably and quickly. The location is extremely clean, very well lit and has carts and elevators for easy moving. I was dreading finding storage, and was so extremely pleased and surprised at the incredible customer service experience and facilities. Highly recommend to anyone looking for storage!!!

The service provided was efficient and thorough.

When I get to the storage, nobody is in the office. There was only one lady taking care of whole storage. It would be great help if there are more employees to take care of customers. Second thing is that the ladders are pretty worn out. Need to replace them.

Secondly I knew that's it's big business that not far when someone leave his stuff for while to take advantage of his stuff and put it up for sale that's injusice (( if )) he can't pay his or hers bill, it should be held Intel he someone from the family been authorized by the owner of the (( locker )) comes to puck it up, this low should be inform in all Stoarge around (( USA )). It was great dealing with the team at this location. They were very informative and helpful about getting my stuff into storage. They explained everything about costs and logistics in detail, so there were no surprises.
