Secure Self Storage is a state of the art storage facility located at 75-28 Queens Blvd, between Kneeland and Jacobson. This facility was built in 2021 with 100 temperature controlled on all floors. We offer 24 hour key-card access, free truck rental and the best rates on self storage in Elmhurst Queens Our facility also offers a loading dock with semi-truck access, individually alarmed units, elevators, advanced surveillance cameras and boxes for sale. One of the highlights of this facility is that you can access our app to open and close the gates. No more getting out your vehicle to gain access inside our loading docks. All customers have access to use our truck for free, simply call us after you reserve your unit and we can reserve the truck for your move-in

I had everything planned, manager never called, I was given misinformation/ incomplete information. Had I known, I would’ve rented a U-Haul van the night before. I ended up spending $110 total for two cabs. I have a lot to tell the manager.

I recently used this storage unit facility, and I must say that the customer service was outstanding. The staff was always friendly and helpful, making the rental process a breeze. While the cleanliness was decent, it wasn't perfect; I noticed a few liquid spots here and there inside the storage unit. However, overall, it's a pretty good facility that I would recommend to others for their storage needs.
