They claim Climate Controlled and in the summer mornings it is hotter inside than outside Could use a better cleaning More Often Every year they have an increase, but sadly it doesn't even make 12 months before they increase the rent 2013- 11 months 2014- 11 months 2015- 6 months 2016- 9 months They also offer cheaper prices online than we pay always and that is Not Fair !!!

made a reservation online only to have it not be there when i arrived to the facility. after filing out new paperwork, it was easy to put my things into storage

everything was great! All contacts both on the phone and in person were professional friendly and clear. It was easy and I am very happy with the facility and the whole process

It was a good experience overall, the only difficulty was getting information as the information from the call center and the facility was not aligned.

People who work there are very courteous and knowledgeable. The storage facility, elevators, floors (where storage units are located) and even the public bathrooms are clean. A well maintained facility.
