Jack, the general manager, is helpful & friendly. The facility is clean, great security, and easily accessible with a vehicle. I was very happy with the ease of finding a suitable unit and accessing it.

Great rates, indoor climate controlled, security cameras, easy drive-through access. The staff is attentive and responsive with excellent follow up and they clearly want to make sure your questions are answered.

It was very easy to get to and easy to get in and out of the facility in my truck.

This was the last straw as to why I moved out of the old storage. I was at a storage unit that was cold, no lights in the units and they could not keep track of their carts. I was told I don't know what to tell you if you can't find one. It happens to be I was on the second floor, moving out and have to be out by 31st. But I have things to do so I need to be out by tomorrow, 26th. I won't be in Rochester. I am 75 and doing this by myself. I love Cube Smart as I can drive in and SEE what I am doing AND there is heat. I can actually take my time going through my stuff. I tell everyone about Cube Smart.

The customer service I received was worth the price of the space itself. Jack and Xavier are the best.

Probably the most painless experience I've had getting storage sorted out; the folks in the office were very friendly and helpful. And the facility is fantastic!

Although everything else was great I wish I could give more than 5 stars for customer service. Jack and Lisa at my location were both absolutely fantastic through the whole process. They get 10 stars!!!

Moving in was nice and smooth storage place was neat and clean and it was safe I like how they have cameras everywhere and you have to have a code to get into the building and and I love that my storage is inside the building and also the manager that helped me was very nice and show me how to use my storage lock and help me with the code to get into the building he was awesome.

Workers were very friendly and accommodating, allowed me to see my unit a few days before move in and answered any questions I had. Explained everything very thoroughly and were on-site for anything I could have needed.

Clean unit and easy process to sign up and move in.

I was sure what to expect on such short notice. I was able to store my son's dorm room and catch a flight back to Los Angeles same day because everything ran so smoothly.

The promptness of CubeSmart is part of the reason why I chose them. Within a day I was able to make a reservation, sign all of the paperwork and get my items stored. The facility was clean, dry and very secure. There was one little problem that I had however: renters or homeowners insurance is a must, unless you want to pay for theirs. This was not indicated anywhere on selfstorage.com or on CubeSmart's site. Not expensive but it is definitely something that should be mentioned.

Due to Coronavirus, I had to get an unit super last minute, the guys were super helpful and understanding through the entire process

I really like the atmosphere and the staff I feel my personal items will be safe. The pricing is also very reasonable.

I needed space for some things while I'm between apartments and found this location online. Once there, Frank was very helpful and nice. Showed me the space before signing so I could be sure that was what I needed. Everything was fast and easy. Great!

Frank was the biggest help and gave the best customer service I've received in a while. He answered a lot of questions I didn't know I had and really made sure I got a great deal on my storage. He explained everything and walked me through it literally so I didn't feel rushed out the door, or like there were gimmicks. Really great value and great prices

CubeSmart really blew my mind because you are able to literally drive your car into the building and visit your unit while shielded from the elements. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very clean and well-lit. I have used other facilities in the past and this one surpasses the others. I was met with excellent customer service.

Frank is extremely knowledgeable and was very thorough! The facility has cameras all over and is very secured!
