This was the last straw as to why I moved out of the old storage. I was at a storage unit that was cold, no lights in the units and they could not keep track of their carts. I was told I don't know what to tell you if you can't find one. It happens to be I was on the second floor, moving out and have to be out by 31st. But I have things to do so I need to be out by tomorrow, 26th. I won't be in Rochester. I am 75 and doing this by myself. I love Cube Smart as I can drive in and SEE what I am doing AND there is heat. I can actually take my time going through my stuff. I tell everyone about Cube Smart.

Moving in was nice and smooth storage place was neat and clean and it was safe I like how they have cameras everywhere and you have to have a code to get into the building and and I love that my storage is inside the building and also the manager that helped me was very nice and show me how to use my storage lock and help me with the code to get into the building he was awesome.

The promptness of CubeSmart is part of the reason why I chose them. Within a day I was able to make a reservation, sign all of the paperwork and get my items stored. The facility was clean, dry and very secure. There was one little problem that I had however: renters or homeowners insurance is a must, unless you want to pay for theirs. This was not indicated anywhere on selfstorage.com or on CubeSmart's site. Not expensive but it is definitely something that should be mentioned.

CubeSmart really blew my mind because you are able to literally drive your car into the building and visit your unit while shielded from the elements. It’s very clean and well-lit. I have used other facilities in the past and this one surpasses the others. I was met with excellent customer service.
