Paul was so very helpful to me by reserving a unit for me before I left Idaho and then finalizing the reservation by phone when I got to New York. He was helpful with suggestions for the unit size and location as I would be arriving after the office closed. He also emailed me the pertinent information and made sure the unit I am renting would have good lighting to unload by. The unit itself met my needs. Besides all this help Paul also has a great sense of humor and eased the stress of such a big move. I highly recommend Global Storage/SpareFoot to anyone needing a storage locker.

Friendly helpful associate. All went smoothly except code provided wouldn't open the gate upon our return. Was able to slip in when someone else was leaving. Turns out it wasn't added in the system at registration. Other than that, all as advertised.

This isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t Aiden leaving the review. A close personal friend. Long story short. Aiden suffers from anxiety and SAD (social anxiety disorder). I arranged everything over the phone for Aiden so when he would arrive there wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be much for him to do. From the start of the phone call. The person was very curious , polite and understanding. Still had my doubts about Aiden going himself to do the finalization of everything, but everything went as smooth as clockwork. Your kind curious staff made him feel very comfortable and secure about leaving what little valuables he has to himself. So again Thank you, Gina

Great experience! Desperate to find a storage space to rent for a month and happy that I found Erie Station Storage! The sales person went above and beyond my expectations!. The rates are extremely reasonable. A special thanks to the young man for staying open late so we could return with a package from SEARS and place it into our unit.
