About Parker Alley Urban Living & Self-Storage
Welcome to PAUL - Parker Alley Urban Living & Self-Storage. We offer beautiful live-work loft apartments and climate-controlled self-storage, ideally located in the Neighborhood of the Arts in downtown Rochester, NY. We operate a boutique-level facility, with only 45 secure storage cages available for rent. Each cage is located in our climate-controlled and monitored basement with private keypad access for each user. Please contact us with any questions, or to reserve your storage space today.

The owner is exceptionally kind and took the time to discuss my concerns about moving a couch in. He offered many options and really listened. Everything ended up working out so no options were needed, but that kind of care is so appreciated! The facility is monitored by video, clean and well ventilated. I highly recommend!
