Very satisfied with the space , clean and app is easy use.

I would normally do a review. I requested an indoor spot when I called customer service. Prior to calling I went online to do it myself annually. This was all done while in the process to move, the customer service from the rep was amazing he was really calming on my very stressful day and confirmed spaces for different location that would make me very comfortable with different location sitesﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦthat was awesome. I felt very reassured however I said Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d complete it when I stopped driving and actually booked for an outside entrance unit which I once again fell in love with. The size was so big and actually easier than trying to get things into the building. I was able to pull right up to the door me and my daughter unloaded in less then ten minutes and came back three times not even having to get a push cart or anything. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very happy with my very clean and dry storage unit. This is the winter and with heavy winds and standing in the unit it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t cold at all. That also made it very easy to organize with out rushing and we still did it quickly.

Great, but there are not enough carts

Good experience ease of use like location

We got this over the phone, while in transit from another state, and the phone help was fabulous. We were walked and talked through every detail. One criticism about this location is the lack of carts. There were only 2 carts for the whole building and they were being used when we arrived and we were short on time. With this number of units, I would suggest having several more carts available for customer use.
