Public Storage - Rochester - 1693 East Ave

I needed a storage unit in a pinch. This worked out well. Ambrosiaﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s customer service skills are top notch. Unit was clean and affordable. Only took off one star because of an area of moisture and lack of lock cover. Overall very happy with my experience

I will recommend this storage facility to anyone it's covient to whom ever like to handle things on line.

Customer service was very friendly

My unit is at the end of a hall and the last light on one side. Plus, the first light at the other side is out. So I have no light for my unit. There are no lights in the units.

I have been there a year and 2 months. They don't have lights in the units, sometimes they keep the carts locked up, which is fine. They should make people sign them out since they disappear all the time. I was told yesterday, I don't know what to tell you because I could not find a cart. I am on the 2nd floor, 75 years old and trying to move out. I have to be out by the 31st but I won't be in town so I have to be out by the 26th. I have no one to help me, so these carts are very important. It's dark in the cubes and if you are lucky the hall lights work. And extremely cold. The outside grounds are dirty, no one cleans anything.

It was a great experience and the service was wonderful.

The ladies up front were very nice and professional. A whole vibe if you know what I mean. Only problem I had was with the person who reserved my unit....gave me wrong address and misleading information about the prices...he never told me I HAD to buy a $20 lock and I HAD to have insurance on the unit which is an additional $11...he only told me about the $1 promo and the $24.99 start up fee... other than that the ladies were so good that I didnt want to say anything. But for future reference.....THE SCHEDULING PEOPLE SHOULD ADVISE EVERYONE OF ALL CHARGES PRIOR TO COMING TO THE SITE...I SHOULD NOT COME THERE THINKING MY BILL WAS 26.99 AND WHEN I GET THERE ITS $57.99. I WASNT FEELING THAT PART OF THE GAME AT ALL...BUT AGAIN, IT WASNT THE LADIES UP FRONT FAULT THEY WERE PHENOMENAL!

Great place and location. Staff is friendly and prices are good. The only thing I notice on property is the exit gate does not open, otherwise fantastic place.

Cathy was amazingly nice and informative. She taught me the best way to optimize my storage space and was just generally very helpful and very personalable. She treated me like a good friend as opposed to just a customer. I wish all businesses had such a customer friendly attitude.

I like Public Storage's staff they are very helpfull and accomodating. The facility is clean and well kept. I'm sure my belongings will be safe with Public Storage. I was happy to sign up for inshurance on my belongings too!

I'm new to storage units but the staff made me so comfortable. Lisa explained everything to me in such detail and with such patience it was amazing! When I got there I forgot how to open the door as dumb as that sounds...I called the office for help and the woman drove straight over and showed me. I would definitely recommend them to friends!!

This is our first time using this service. They were very helpful when choosing the right unit, the sign up process was very quick and easy to understand. Their promotional deal was also a life-saver. Their security system seems very secure and we were comfortable leaving our belongings and the access is very convenient.

I had two units at this facility between June and August of 2017. I am very happy with the service and facility. The property manager, Casey, is incredibly kind and helpful. It is clear that she always has the customer in mind and will help you out in anyway she can. If I ever need to store in the Rochester area again, I would return to this Public Storage without a second thought. Thanks!

The manager Kathy was very friendly and knowledgeable about her place of business. The location feels and is a lot safer then some storage units that I have used throughout and around Rochester New York. The prices are a lot cheaper compared to some storage units around Rochester New York. I like the that there is always someone available to answer any questions or concerns that I may have 7 days a week.if I ever need a storage unit again I will definitely use, Public storage again and I will recommend Public storage to Family and friends. Keep up the good work Kathy....??????
