Great accessible storage unit!

You need to call your customers back. I canceled my unit over a year ago and you are still deducting money from my bank account that I NEVER AUTHORIZED. I never signed a single document stating it was ok for auto pay. I've called several times about this and NO ONE CALLS ME BACK. YOU owe me over $400. This needs to be addressed ASAP.

I like the storage. It will give me more space in my house. I would be able to sort three my things at my leisure

The location is easily accessible. It's a good price for the size of the unit. The only thing lacking is customer service. I still haven't received back my security deposit and they have been unresponsive regarding it. No response to phone calls or emails. There is only one person that handles it and they are there only on Saturdays. They expected my monthly rent on time, but have not followed through on their agreement in refunding the security deposit. I see from other reviews I'm not the only one. Probably won't be using them again.

We did some price and accessibilty shopping prior to deciding to use this facility. The unit we rented was large and about $50-60 per month less here. Location was easy to find and convenient. Also, we liked the fact that we could access the unit whenever we needed to because we knew we would need to add and remove items over the four months that we would be renting. Linda in the office was very helpful and efficient. Only possible problem is that our security deposit has not been returned yet...I will be calling as it is now 1 1/2 months since we moved out.

Overall very good

rented smallest unit,easy in and out. 24 hour access is nice.

For the most part pleasant. Only problem was getting the assess code into the system by staff. I had been toldnit would be in place the night before I needed it and when I went the next morning I could not get in. I had to wait til they opened and called, they took care of it in about one hour and apolgised for the delay. I have not had a problem since.
