The place is in a very inconvenient location first off. When the worker showed me my unit (it wasn’t her fault) there was a big cement pillar taking up more than half of my square footage. They were able to move me into a different unit, but if I hadn’t said anything I would have been ripped off. Also the basement smells weird and it’s very suspicious. It is a secure place but apparently there was a water leak that happened above my unit and surround units had water all in them… Overall I have not had a good experience with this place.

Everything is fine except that the company has set things up in such a way that it's much too complicated to get through to the facility on the phone and to make payments. If I'd known I'd have gone elsewhere.

I stumbled upon this conveniently located facility by chance. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s extremely clean and affordable. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and knowledgeable. Navigating through the facility is easy and accessible to those who need room to get around. Love that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s safe and secured.

Melissa was great! Very personable and helpful since it was my first time renting a storage space. The facility was very clean.

Difficulty getting into the storage facility as the building was unmarked and instructions were unclear. The facility itself is clean and safe.
