I had a great experience with getting my storage unit. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and polite. The process was quick and easy. I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit and that process was again easy and stress free.

It was easy and convenient but it is expensive.

I got a phone call and email the day I reserved the spot online. I was busy, so I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t able to return the call. The day before I was set to move in, I got a phone call and text. When I returned the call, they made the process so easy! I looked at the spot that I reserved and it was clean and easy to access. The site looks safe with a gate and fencing. I feel good about my things being safe here!

Upon arrival at the Storage Facility I was met by the individual in charge of the facility. He was very informative and answered all my questions. He took the time to make sure the entry gate worked accordingly and then we went to the unit where I received the key. I have been back four times already and everything is working out just fine.

Because my move was very impromptu I was not able to keep my original appointment to move-in to the storage. The manager was very understanding and accommodating to my schedule and made move-in process very smooth. I would definitely consider using this facility for my storage needs in the future.
