I would definitely recommend to other family members and friends

Floor was very dusty. Should have been warned to bring a mop or at least a broom. Later noticed a suggestion to cover the floor with a tarp, should be mentioned early in the discussion

Property manager was great walked me threw everything ,it was painless

The place is nice and clean the manger is very nice got everything I needed the same day and the price is very good to

So far so good! Like the ability for 24 hour access, security is good.

Very happy with the storage mall on Evergreen Hills. Unit was very clean and fairly new. The location is great as we live across the street. Mary was terrific to deal with and very attentive to details. One wish though: It would be nice to have a exit code to get out if you were on foot. I was able to get in ok, but I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t leave because I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t in my car.Had to wait til another customer came to open the gate for me. Just a thought.....

Mary was very nice to work with, and even got me moved closer to my home. One suggestion would be to have exit control work like entry control, and not just the compression switch in the pavement. It forces you to drive over to unit instead of walk. I tried to walk home, but I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get the gate to open. Had to wait til someone came to let me out

I was very impressed by the customer service. I reserved a unit online and recieved a phone call the next day letting me know about the paperwork and that my unit was ready. The woman who works on saturdays helped me when I filled out my paperwork and was very kind and informative. Very quick turnaround time. Excellent customer service! Very pleased!
