You need a better system getting contracts signed and not through a text msg link. No one came out of the office until 1 hour later! We wasted 1 hour on the phone being bounced around. Cost us an extra hour from the movers! Are you going to reimburse us $100? Of course not! Storage unit is 329 if you decide to do the right thing! In the meantime you're getting bad reviews.

We tried to reach someone at your Brooks Ave location, to sign the contract no one was there to help us! Had to call to do an online check in. Spent 1 hour on the phone, while movers were waiting! Your text on line link wasn't working! Finally someone at the office walked out to help us. Thought no one was there?? It was a total nightmare. Movers charged by the hour, $99 are you willing to reimburse us or give us 1 month free?

My experience with spare foot has been well. During my move in to the unit, there was nobody to help assist me but I was able to figure it out. Other than that, it was a pleasure.

THE DAY OF MOVING MY STUFF IN THE UNIT NO ONE WAS THERE TO TAKE THE MOVERS TO THE UNIT I HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FINISH MY PAPERWORK AND GET THE CODE TO GET IN THE BUILDING..THANKS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND WAS ABLE TO FINISH MY PAPERWORK ONLINE AND GIVE ME THE CODE THAT I NEED TO GET IN THE BUILDING...
