From online registration to checking even the Virtual assistant helping with Ins. Paperwork all super easy. One cart could use to be replaced rest all good.

I have been a tenant here since 2017, and Rebekah is the reason I remain so. She is knowledgable, friendly and really understands customer service. She always helps with any questions I have and is an absolute pleasure. I am grateful for her help and highly recommend.

We have several units at the Malta location. With changes within our company things became complicated. I called daily needing help. Rebekka had an answer or solution. Incredibly helpful, always returned my calls, just the person you would want as the face of the company. Because of my experience with Rebekka I would absolutely recommend this facility.

This storage unit was very nice and the staff is very knowledgeable. After one look at what I was moving into the unit Rebecka knew exactly what size to have me get.

Great place and great prices and can't beat the space

While the hallways are a little narrow, the unit was clean and spacious. The checking in staff was very helpful too!

Pleased but rent goes up to frequently and too much

I suppose to get a notification every month to make a payment, but for some reason They donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t sent it to me. I asked few times, not a response. Also for last 2 months I Have to call to get a recipe for the payment. Very inconvenient. People at the office donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t care. I am trying to empty my unit as soon as possible.

Very nice customer service, keypad access is very helpful. Dont have to worry about keyfobs.

The atmosphere is very Professional, Clean and Safe. I know when I go in after hours, I'll be safe. The personal are always helpful. Just wish I was closer to the entrance. The price has increased quite a bit since I first rented. Signs of the times. Will tell folks to rent from Prime.

We needed a temporary place to house some things while we sold our home. The unit we got was clean and easy to access, although we are in the very back of the building so there is some maneuvering and an elevator ride to our unit. The elevator was out of service twice when we attempted to bring stuff to our unit (now it is operational again), but having only 1 elevator for the entire building is a downside. We have had countless payment issues - they have finally been resolved - but every month for 3 months I was on the phone with someone new regarding our account and why our payment method had not been updated. That was beyond frustrating, to say the least. However, the people I spoke with did their best to resolve the issues, and finally I believe they are. Overall this storage unit is a very convenient location and we have never had a problem getting enough carts for our stuff.

Jodi the manager was fantastic and patiently helped me as a newcomer to quickly know my way around. This facility was wonderful as was the management.

Walked into the facility and it was very clean. Jodi was extremely nice and helpful. We are first time user of storage units and we were thankful that they have carts to help us bring our stuff up to the third floor. Highly recommended it.

If you are looking for Storage you can't go wrong coming here. Jodi is great at her job. She treated us like she actually cared about making this crazy time easier for us, and she did. She goes above and beyond.

I recently rented at Prime Storage in Malta. The Manager Jodi is super friendly and efficient. I can't believe how clean the place is with only one manager. Not to mention the office is so warm and inviting. Great experience all around.

The woman who helped me was very nice and made everything clear. It was easy to use the dollies to move in, and we had a fun time getting everything in storage!

Good space, costumer service was a bit poor. Accidentally was over charged and it took too long to refund me.

Arrived two days earlier than my reservation date and was able to look at the unit before purchasing. The woman at the desk was very helpful and informative. I ended up purchasing the unit that day and began moving my things in immediately. She was also helpful in printing out my renters insurance after I emailed her the PDF I had on file. Very clean facility and easily accessible.

Arrived with 3 other large trucks so number of carts was a minor issue as was paperwork upon arrival which we don't blame the facility for. A bit pricey.
