They were very helpful during check in. Everything is easy to do. It would be nice if you had more than 2 carts available.

Did all of my stuff online, it was quick and easy. Tyler was also very helpful when I had questions!

The place is pristine the staff is more then helpful and very out going . Everything was explained and I was even excorted to my unit and shown how everything works. I would highly recommend Prime Storage to anyone needing a space .

Got a text reminder about move in day. Walked in and was greeted right away. Friendly staff. Very organized on knowing which storages where full and which was empty .

We are very satisfied with our unit. Its very clean and they have carts that made it very easy to move stuff. Everyone was so nice and helpful!!

Very well maintained and clean with easy access

First of all Caesar was the best! He helped be so much. I didn't know how much room I would need. He literally stood in the unit with me and pretended to be furniture! His advice saved me a lot of time, money and stress! The facility is clean, runs smooth and is secure. Plus there's wifi.

When I first arrived Ceasar was there and he was so nice, professional, polite, helpful and cute too :). The place was so clean and everything. I feel that my belongings would be very safe here cause Ceasar is on the job. Definitely recommend this place

The manager was extremely helpful in getting us set up and making suggestions on how to best manage our space, protect our items and ensure that the necessary support was provided when the movers added items to our space. Best storage facility I have ever used. My previous unit was not climate controlled, smallest available, and twice as expensive for similar space. I will use Prime Storage always!

Cesar and other personnel could not have given better service, simply outstanding, The facility itself is spotless/clean, secure, fireproof steel/concrete construction, climate-controlled environment, could not be improved.

My unit was broken into , should have mail slot to leave payment after hours , no notice about late fee on my account until it was too past due to do anything about it !

Caesar is a great employee! Very accommodating and friendly. Fun to talk to also. The price is ok for my unit, if it was a bit cheaper, then I would consider upgrading to a bit bigger of a unit.

Clean, friendly staff, no complaints. I can’t speak on the price as I haven’t done a lot of “shopping around” but it didn’t seem outrageous.

Clean secure climate controlled storage

Moving in was such an easy process, the manager had everything ready and the place was spotless! I would have assumed it was brand new.

The young man that worked with us was very amiable and accommodating. The communication and timing with regard to moving in was great and we were settled within everything in two days.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, facility is new, clean and climate controlled. You have a choice of 24 hour access or access somewhat limited access. Staff showed me the unit I would be renting and how to use their unique locking system.
