This could not have been a smoother transaction! Cheryl was super helpful and informative. She walked us to the unit that we were put into and helped us determine that this unit and the size would not help us. She actually saved us money by advising us to consider the larger unit. So the larger unit transfer was fast and definitely painless. We advised Cheryl that most likely this is only going to be a temporary storage solution for us, and she encouraged us to file the vacancy form now so that we don't get have to make another payment.

Have used this storage place for many years. Not happy that the prices have risen steadily in those years with little or no improvement. Clerk is always friendly and courteous. For our all volunteer organization, storage is a necessity.

My storage unit is the perfect size for me and access is great! The customer service is superb and I like the location.

We use our storage mainly access mainly during the summer months as we store our gear in there for ease of access. Getting in and out is super easy and we couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be more happy with not having to keep these large items in our home.

Facility clean, O/H door worked well. No roof leaks. Snow outside was a bit of a problem - slipped several times. Tight maneuvering a car on the property - holding my breath for when a large U-Haul will come to take contents away. Freemans Bridge location was good for my purposes.

I would refer people here 100%! I have a unit in Glenville and the manager is excellent! She assisted me when I lost my job and helped work a plan for me so I wouldn't lose my unit. It is always well cared for and safe.

I've had a unit there for well over a decade. The rent has more than doubled. We're reconsidering the value.

Facility is clean and secure. Easy access with the keypad at the gate. I leave my motorcycle here every winter and haven't had any issues. Folks working in the office are always super helpful and friendly. I've recommended several people to Prime Storage, and I plan to keep using the facility myself.

I think the price is a little expensive, for the amount of years i have been there.

They are always super nice, if you call and have to leave a message they get back to you very quickly. They are quick to fix and problems that you may have

I met with Cheryl, who was friendly, pleasant & knowledgeable & thoroughly explained the rental policies....she showed me my the unit, helped with the paperwork & made the whole process of renting a unit easy & pleasurable!

Cheryl is very pleasant and helpful, both over the telephone and over the counter in the office. Her efficient, polite handling of our rental setup was most welcome.

It was a rainy, miserable day, but Cheryl made it much easier to deal with. She was very helpful and was able to explain everything to me. She prepared my information packet promptly and I was able to go about my day. The unit was clean and will serve proper storage for my items. I was very fortunate that there was a unit available so close to where I live, and I did not have to travel much of a distance to arrive there.

Andy the manager was helpful and everything went smoothly.

Only thing I didn't like was online it says 24/7 access but it costs an extra $15 a month when you get there in person to sign up.
