The outdoor vehicle storage spots are all the way in the back by the fence line. The vehicle is parked on gravel rather than on pavement. Would be nice to have that listed

I was desperate for a storage unit for that day. The other places called were to costly, or not open, or didn't have any. I remembered Prime Storage, but I didn't want to travel to Colonies, money crunching I was under. I went on site, found one under five miles, then that awesome promotion of half off 1st. mo. Then the best. They had what I needed. I was just thinking about how I was able to complete in the time I had to get it done, and it was easy with Prime Storage. I absolutely loved the knowledge the agent had of the other services offered by Prime Storage. Keep up the good customership.

Rental of unit was simple and straight-forward. Employee was friendly and knowledgeable. The contract is comprehensive but, that should be expected when renting a unit for personal belongings.

Very happy to know that our family belongings are tucked away in a nice, clean storage facility away from the busy streets of the city. Surveillance cameras everywhere to ensure the protection of our things. Only thing we noticed is an outdoor light is out next to our unit making it a little darker than I'd like, but I'll call in the morning and I'm sure they'll repair the light. We've only been there one day, but so far, we're happy. If things change with this facility, I will be sure to update my review. But so far, so good!
