Nicholas was so helpful in understanding the process and coordinating it. Despite the hiccup of electricity being down, the team ensured we had the conditions to use the unit and even facilitated a change in unit considering the volume of the items. It was a smooth experience, with all answers provided without issues, and an incredible good mood for the stress of the situation (systems being down and all). My thanks and appreciation to the team!

I initially had a move-in date with another storage facility in the same town. The manager never showed up, and I was sitting in the parking lot with a Uhaul rental filled with my apartment. I was in a complete bind but ended up finding SpareFoot and the local manager who helped me lease a new unit at Prime Storage, which saved an incredible amount of time and extra effort. I am incredibly thankful for their work or I'd have to spend an extra 100-200 dollars on the Uhaul, plus time off of work.
