Great, speedy service!! Taletha was such a help, I couldn't be happier. She took the time to explain every detail of my unit, the insurance and the billing. As long as she's there you can definitely expect me as a customer!!

Everything was perfect

First, you advertise $1 to move in, then it ends up over $50! The item that bothers me the MOST is the insurance! I am pretty sure you should NOT be able to MAKE us buy insurance! Also, The place is pretty big and the property's golf cart is busted! But, the staff was great and made the shortcomings bearable! The money would not usually be a big problem, BUT, my finances are in a bad way; I sure coulda' used that $1 move in cost!!

My experience was handled by professionals. I didn't have to wait and my time through this process was short.

America was awesome sauce I didn't even know there was a deal for a dollar she hooked it up.

Great experience

One thing being open longer then 9pm

I was greeted promptly and shown the unit which I reserved. I felt like I was suddenly fast friends with the staff and they were able to clearly articulate the rules, regulations, safety features as well as the process for accessing my unit.

Great service, Julian was phenomenal!

I had several questions and the Staff members answered them quickly, also providing me with alternatives I didn't know about.
