The price was great, and when I visited the facility in advance, the staff member on site was incredibly friendly and took the time to show me the unit and explain everything clearly. The online check-in process was also very easy and smooth. On the actual move-in day, the staff at the facility were once again extremely friendly and helpful, which made the experience pleasant and stress-free. However, after making the reservation, the AI-generated emails from Zoey became somewhat annoying because it was often repetitive and not particularly helpful. In addition, when I called the facility, I was routed to Zoey instead of a person, and it felt like I was being sent in circles rather than getting direct assistance. That part of the experience was very frustrating.

The whole experience was fantastic from start to move in. Room size was more than enough and price was un real compared to other places, and the staff was excellent, extremely friendly and knowledgeable, went out of his way to help us out. I am extremely impressed.
