Great customer service, clean facility and easy access in and out...could use another elevator because theres a lot of traffic but I'm satisfied Г°ЕёЛњЕ’

This was just what I needed at short notice.

The facility was able to help me within minutes and although I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t plan on visiting the new unit until after hours, I was able to check in online and get everything set up without having to go into the office. Easiest process. Facility is easy to navigate, extremely clean and secure. Would recommend to all

The storage place was great. Customer service was good and place was nice and clean.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the price was good, the space was clean, the access hours are great. I don't expect much from a storage facility, but having zero problems is always welcome and earns them 5 stars.

Wasn't sure about what size storage compartment I would need so I came to front desk very hesitant about it all. Staff was over the top friendly and took us to several units to look at size, even when he was the only one working! I have several family members that have storage units in other places and I've been to them so what I was expecting was something totally different. Not only was the unit SUPER affordable, it was CLEAN, temperature controlled so I don't have to worry about my China being too cold and cracking or my furniture getting moist and the wood getting destroyed. By far the best storage place I'd recommend to others.

Have just reserved my unit. Cant wait to move in-clean, excellent customer service and seems very secure. Many options to choose from to fit your needs and most units offer first 1-2 months free! Seems like a great choice and very conveniently located right off the thruway.

Storage facility was easy to access, easy sign in and paperwork, and easy for the moving company I used to move all of my belongings into. Happy with customer service.

Everything including the gentleman that helped us was amazing.

The customer service worker who called me was extremely pleasant. When I arrived at the facility, the customer service person was very polite and helpful, going over all the rules and regulations. When it came to getting a code, it took a while. The first code didn't work at all, and the 2nd code didn't work the elevator. Hoping when I go back, it will be straightened out.

Everyone one was wonderful and accommodating.

Got there and the elevator was out. Paid more for a ground floor and the space was not the measurements I paid for. Was a lot smaller. Ask the attendant and he said he doesn't do the measurements and I would have to pay more for a bigger space. I said I just want to get the space I paid for. He replied I have to help the next customer because he has been waiting for half an hour.

I rented already three times with Post storage of Suffern. It is very clean and well cared for facility. The staff is very helpful. The price is competitive and they have a lots of promos. The location is perfect right by the exit 14B from hwy 87.

I like the facility, I rented there before. Nice and clean. The promo of free two month rental from spare foot made my day.

I don't know if there are security risks to having it open later but the only downside is closing off my access at 10pm. Granted it's rare that you would need access after that but it would be nice to have the option. Considering it's a gated area and you need a code to get in I don't see the issue. Other than that, pricing is really good. I got a 5 x 5 locker which actually seems bigger than you'd think and it's only $40 a month. I researched a bunch and that's about the cheapest I've seen in Rockland County. It would be nice if all the lockers were down low so I wouldn't have to lift my things into them but I understand the reason the set is the way it is.

I've moved at least a dozen times in my life and I've used several storage brands over the years. The Storage Post in Suffern, NY, is a clean facility and well maintained. The manager is friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. He walked me through the process like a pro and gave me good advice, explained each step in the process and smiled while he was helping me.

They need to supply waste cans near entrance and to clean up debris that wind swirls around.
