CubeSmart Self Storage - Staten Island

Great setup. Easy inside access to elevator .

The facility is very clean, well lit and safe. Navigating through the building is quite easy so I did not have any problem of locating my unit. The space I rented is just enough to keep my personal belongings. Paul, one of the staffs was very kind and accommodating in helping me sign up. He was clear in explaining the policy of the facility. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a space to keep their belongings.

We needed a storage unit right away because my daughter had to move out of her dorm immediately. We could not find anywhere open where we could get keys. We contacted cube smart and Jennifer and her co-worker were the best . They made a stressful situation easy. We use the box truck and did the move. We were even offered cold water. It was warm on Friday. I would do business here again and we will keep the unit for the remainder of her college years. Thanks to Jennifer and her co-worker again for making this bad situation doable

Excellent customer service I was very satisfied

Signing agreement was ok. Went to look at 10x10 unit and they originally tried to give us a smaller one that was angled and clearly not a full 10x10. Told us a regularly shaped one would be an extra $7 a month. Was still quite a bit cheaper then any other unit around so stayed with it. Wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t happy about that but still cheapest in the area.

The staff is superb. They are very friendly and accomodating. This is my first time renting storage. They explained every thing clearly. We came in 10 mins before closing and they held the gate open till we finished unloading.

Very satisfied. The bldg was secure , clean , organized with everything needed. it met my expectations. The staff was very helpful and professional. They made the move in process very stress free.. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I'm very Happy that Sparefoot referred me to CubeSmart and I'm all moved in the place is clean the staff is very nice and professional yes I will referred any of my family or friends if they need storage I came from a horrible Storage place it was a Nightmare now with CubeSmart I can actually sleep much better knowing my things furniture is safe clean I have access to my stuff Good hours I'm really happy this is the Best storage place I ever know Thank you Sparefoot I couldn't have done it without you I Like Happy Ending I'm going to be with CubeSmart for along time I'm telling all my family & friends about CubeSmart even my young son loved it he came and help us and he like CubeSmart too and my Mover too I wished I would've been knew about CubeSmart I would've been went to them for my Storage needs I'm Smarter now renting storage from CubeSmart

Ms Fox is amazing and so is her staff. There always there to answer questions with a smile and a friendly tone. Ms Fox is very knowledgable conserving her Facility and quickly notes and rectifies any blemishes. Her professionalism pared with caring, empathy, and attention to detail made my renting of a storage unit go smoothly. I titled this review because doing bussiness these past 4 months has been a positive experience. Going to CubeSmart is like having a room off your livingroom. Miss Fox and the other employees are very welcoming, go out of there way to assist me.

I would recommend the space. We got a climate controlled space at a fair price

The facilities are clean but it certainly needs more carts. The drive in garage does not function so bringing cars in is very inconvenient.

only complaint was drive in door inoperable which added over an hour more to the move in at a cost of over 170 dollars per hour. :(

My experience was stress free and uneventful. I was given the promotion price and the staff were friendly. A experience.

I was a difficult customer because I switched the type of unit I wanted, but the facility employees were flexible and friendly and worked well with me. There is a specific passcode at the entrance for each customer, as well as a padlock for your unit. Though it isn't the best price for a storage unit, it is one of the least expensive facilities in the NYC area. The only drawback is the general outlandish price of NYC goods and services, as well as it's location.

I did not feel pressured in any way. the facility is unusually clean for storage spaces. Anice accommodated my needs by offering a different way to load some items because they did not fit into the elevator. I am very satisfied and will continue to keep my items in this facility in Staten Island NY. thanks to you all
