need my bill straightened out you are trying to charge me 30 dollars more per month and insurance chearge when i have my own . there is a rider which i have also been to the unit numerous times- never is the office open there is another storage unit right near there

tryed to purchase on line could not internet problem on their part --called customer service told me to to storage unit and get correct pricing no one at unit so i was forced to pay higher monthly fee --now it probably will hange but it has to go to upper management to change to my correct booking price due to their system problem

Broken lift. Dusty hallways that are being redone. Work being done makes it hard to get to unit at times. Having to go to a lift further from unit is a inconvenience. And the lack of the one lift makes the other lifts more crowded and increases your time at facility.

I love the cleanliness of the place. The customer service was perfect. One thing I don't like is the rate I got is only good for 6 months. Does that mean my rent could be raised twice a year? I definitely understand once a year.

I was very happy with the entire process. The store manager was extremely knowledgeable, and made sure to ask all the right questions to ensure that I picked the right size for my needs. The price they Advertised online is the same price I paid in store. No gimmick no stress, an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend public storage to anyone.

Have rented a 5x10 and 10x10 from this location. Booked online first for a better price and then finalized in person with Andrew. Good service, wasn't pushy about using their insurance or buying extras (dehumidifier/tarps). Showed me to my unit which was clean and ready for use. Probably could have been in and out in 20 minutes if I didn't have to move all my stuff between units. Would recommend to a friend and return if i ever needed another unit.

As a Tree Care Professional, I could'nt help notice that your many young trees along the front fence need to be watered regularly before you lose them all.
