Quite place. But dark? Not much light once standing in unit hard to see.

The employees are very nice answer all questions examples everything helps save you as most money as they can if for any reason the prices go up

The day I checked in, the woman at the counter was fantastic. Let me know all sorts of information. My code to enter glitched and she was quick to fix it and promptly let me know I was all set now.

From the first call to your service, it was a good experience. Then we worked with Rebekah, the store manager. She was personable and very helpful to set up our account and get us ready to use the storage site. We appreciate the quick responses to our questions and were set up to move in the same day! I had originally chosen a different facility based on cheaper prices, but when I realized I needed a larger unit nobody was available to accommodate me. When I called Bob's they had a unit available and a person on staff to serve my needs. Because of their weekend availability they saved the day for my family! The staff member was friendly and attentive and we were moving into our unit in no time.

i would recommend this place. the pricing is the cheapest that i've found in the area. the location is easy to get to. the only thing i didn't like was that i can't choose my own access code. i'm not sure if that is standard at other facilities. otherwise, i'm glad i went there.

We have used this facility in the past because it is near our home..other than freezing to go to in winter we again rented two units for storage. I noticed this time we were automatically charged insurance on both units. I contacted my insurance company somehow I still get 18 dollar a month insurance charge. We went to clear out storage before the 1 st of month ...the worker told us we had until the 5 or 6 th of month before we had to pay again so we took our time. On the 6 we went to pay for 1 unit we were keeping and take the final things out of the other. We were told we had to pay for both units a 30 dollar late fee plus 18 dollar ins total 215 dollars. Beware the lady denies telling us the 5th or 6th...we easily would have finished on the 5 th if three of us did not hear that! Ps you can't submit a negative review on this website
