I was able to do everything online to rent the storage unit with no problems or hassles. The gate code worked and the lock and key was inside the unit like I was told it would so everything went perfect

Just a little ways outside Syracuse, but half the price. Great spot for stashing my camper for the winter to free up driveway space — affordable but still easy to get to if I decide on a winter trip!

I was greeted with kindness and respect as well as efficiently taking care of. The customer service rep took time out of her lunch to assist me with all paperwork and questions. I truly appreciated her.

It was very simple and easy, plus it was inexpensive. The only problem was the exact dimensions. Granted the company warns you the dimensions may not be exact. But it would be advantageous to know as up front as possible what the exact dimensions were. I rented a 10 x 20 x 9, The width was under 10, the depth was under 20, and the vast majority of the height was under 9. The area was less than 93% of the nominal 200 square feet. But that is still an A or an A-.

Very clean easy to reserve and access with of things to help with move

We've just started moving in but thus far this is an ideal storage solution.

I have used several other storage companies in the past. This was my best experience by far.

Reserving everything online and I received a promtion and waived admin fee. Everything was updated online before I arrived. I even got a voicemail from them asking if I had any questions. The only negative is that I've been calling them during business hours and have not got ahold of anyone yet.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Price is reasonable. Only downside is not having access to my unit 24/7
