It was very simple and easy, plus it was inexpensive. The only problem was the exact dimensions. Granted the company warns you the dimensions may not be exact. But it would be advantageous to know as up front as possible what the exact dimensions were. I rented a 10 x 20 x 9, The width was under 10, the depth was under 20, and the vast majority of the height was under 9. The area was less than 93% of the nominal 200 square feet. But that is still an A or an A-.

Reserving everything online and I received a promtion and waived admin fee. Everything was updated online before I arrived. I even got a voicemail from them asking if I had any questions. The only negative is that I've been calling them during business hours and have not got ahold of anyone yet.
