Extra Space Storage - 3393 - Syracuse - Ainsley Drive

Area was clean and easy access and everyone was nice as well as helpful so I had no problems with anything. The gentleman i talked to over the phone was very nice with application process. The lady i talked to over the phone was very kind and helpful with access to storage unit, keys/lock etc.

The unit was clean and ready to move in on time. The online process is great and the young man who called to confirm my reservation was knowledgeable and helpful.

Everything was easy, the front desk person was amazing.

We have rented twice at this facility and both times the staff has gone above and beyond. First time they noticed right away on one of their security cameras that we hadn't locked the rolling door on our outside unit correctly. So glad they caught that or we could have ended up coming back to an empty storage locker. The second time my son was renting by himself and was having some problems with access which they resolved immediately remotely but then, without asking and despite that it was 10 minutes after the office had closed, they went down to make sure everything was okay with him. Just can't say enough about the customer service here!

The process was quick, the space accessible and the right size. Tracy, the customer service rep was helpful and unhand to answer any and all questions. Like all things in life I wish it were cheaper, but that is not a failing of the company, just my wallet. You do have to pay for insurance monthly which is not a listed cost when you sign up, but they do give you some nice deals on the outset. Over all it is worth it.

This is a very clean and well kept facility. The woman who helped us at the front desk was friendly, competent and efficient.

Great customer service at a quality facility. Was able to rent a van for $20 (plus fees) for the day, which was very helpful. Appreciated the new climate-controlled space. I have no qualms about leaving my stuff here.

I had a good experience moving my office furniture into storage while I look for a new one. Terry and Sandy were cordial, helpful, and professional. The unit I was given was new and handicapped accessible. Sandy gave me a ride on a golf cart which was very helpful given an injury that impaired my mobility. Terry found me a good deal. All in all a good experience. Highly recommend.

Great facility - brand new and clean. Easy to enter and exit. Customer service was poor - the person setting up the lease agreement made multiple, repeated errors when entering my info, which wound held up my movers when they arrived to unload.
