Farmington Self Storage

Convenient location for me and I found it clean, dry and easily accessible. I believe my things will be safe there and I can retrieve them as I need them.

Good value. Secure. Easy entrance and I feel my things are going to be safe there.

The inside units are nice. We used our own hand cart. Sue was helpful with arrangements. Glad they were there when we needed a unit and did what they said they would do. Good location. Keep track of your records in case of any questions.

The unit is beautiful and very clean! My biggest complaint is with the snow I had to trudge through unplowed snow in front of the door to my unit. It was very slippery and over 15” tall. I wish I had brought a shovel had I known.

This place is awesome. Beyond any I have ever dealt with, and I have used different facilities in the past. They are quick to respond, warm, friendly staff, I am a repeat customer. Highly recommend. I give them a 5 star rating, wish I could rate higher.

The unit good. My only complaint is that we were unable to get the door open with the code that was supplied. I tried for over a half hour for a response back. Maybe itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s was my fault for not going in person to rent the unit, but I was in a time crunch.

Tim has been great in helping me with my storage needs. I would highly recommend Farmington self storage to anyone who needs a solution to their storage problems. Farmington self storage is priced right, easy to access with a 26 foot truck, and clean.

I like this storage unit, for the most part it is well maintained and very clean. The units are spacious with plenty of driving space between the units. The only issues I have with maintenance is that in the winter time, they plow the area between the units but the plow leaves a pile of snow in front of the garage doors which then turns into a raised ice berm making it very difficult to access your storage unit in the winter months. (I keep all my Christmas decorations, etc. in my storage unit). I have had to bring a metal shovel with me and even then it is difficult to break up the ice enough in order to safely access the contents in my unit. I feel the snow should not be left in front of the doors, even if that means they have to shovel it. The only other issue I have is that the key pad does not always work during the cold months and then once again, you can not access your unit.

We use 4 storage facilities each week to house our papers for carrier pick up and the Farmington storage unit is the nicest & well kept unit we use. We have others that are not paved and have large potholes and are not maintained as well as yours. We do have some issues with the overhead door always getting off track and not opening easily but our carriers have worked around it. Thank you for taking pride in your storage facility!

A very nice storage unit foe me its less than a mile from my home so it is very handy esp in winter

No issues or complaints. Well maintained and managed. Have utilized for a couple years with no price increases.

Have been with them for well over 1 year. Clean with easy access even in the winter. Great customer service. One thing I wish they would offer is online payment and email reminders :)
