Public Storage - Yonkers - 400 Nepperhan Ave

To show how on top of things they are. I received a follow up call from Theo, for a reservation I made the night before while I was in the process of being taken care of by the 2nd person in their office. When we realized what was going on Theo completed the transactions and showed me the storage room and explained to me what I needed to know. Much Appreciated !!!

Big old facility with very friendly staff. The only thing that sucks about it, is that there is no A/C in the storage area. With temps being almost 100 outside, you feel like you could die inside with no ventilation. The raised loading bay is great and they have ample parking. Another thing I noticed was that the doors to the units are wood and just use a simple padlock hasp. The units also have a very high ceiling, appeared to be almost 20ft. Stack for days lol.

Aaliyah was very helpful in orienting us to public storage. She helped us to understand how to use the service and how to get help when needed.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with plenty of attention the staff was friendly and answered any questions I had and walked me Thur the whole process

Price is reasonable and the room condition is acceptable but there is no light. I can't see a thing without a flashlight. Staff were helpful and professional.

I had a fast n pleasant experience with this company. Everything ran smoothly. I was in and out quickly. Definitely would recommend this storage facility to any one looking to store their property. Just a few days ago I suggested this to sum one I saw moving things out their house. Look at tht... I'm alrdy tryin to get u customers just by wrd of mouth lol. Gd Job..

My family has moved 4-5 times in the past 4 years. We have had to move our items into storage previously and chose Uhaul prior to finding Public Storage. We will never use another facility to store our items other than Public Storage. The pricing is fair in comparison but the space of the actual storage room is abundant. The facility is top notch. The halls are very clean, and it seems very secure. The employees are all extremely professional and incredibly customer service oriented. I had the pleasure of working with Arelis. She was wonderful. She answered all of my questions and showed me around the facility prior to move in. She went through the contract with me which I thought was wonderful because many times you may sign something & miss the fine print. Arelis made sure that did not happen. She was patient, kind, and understanding to our storage needs. A absolute pleasure and highly recommend storing here than at the any competitors. I am now a loyal customer due to this employee interaction and this location.

The facility was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was extremely helpful on my move-day and went above and beyond to explain everything to you about the contract and rules. Crystal was my contact person and she very professional and courteous. One of the best experiences I've had with customer service since I hit NYC. Great Job! Would recommend this place to anyone seeking storage services.

I came to this office today to buy a couple of boxes and the service I received was amazing! Jourdan made sure to explain to me the different box sizes and uses for them and convinced me to buy 10 boxes (1 free) when I only planned on buying about 6. Aliyah and Domonique were also very helpful with getting my boxes to my car. Great staff indeed :)

Location great...... facility needs a bit of cleaning

Crystal was very attentive and helpful. She made sure that the space was a good fit for our things. They have multiple dollgs that customers can use when moving things in to the storage space. Ample parking spaces close to the elevator. Employees are very courteous. I have a peace of mind that our things are being taken care of.

I like the excellent customer service we were provided. The patience that the associate Aliya providedin helping us select the right unit for us.

The only problem was that the price of my unit went down within days of me renting it and they told me there wasn't anything I could do. :( Other than that, everything was great.

PadLock "hasps" on door need upgrade.

The lights have been out for months in parts of this facility

Wanted to rent one months ago but a little nervous. Didn't know what size or how much I could afford. Went to the location in Yonkers 34108. The employee who helped was a young lady by the name of Lyniece. Lyniece was answering me and my wife's questions before I could even think them up. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience at this storage facility. Thank you again Lyniece.

The place is clean Customer service could be a little better I've been with you for a while now, so the prices is getting out of my reach. Soon I will be removing my things

I had a series of poor customer service experiences last year with the Storage Post location right down the street from Public Storage.

CRYSTAL AND STAFF COULD NOT BE ANY BETTER. ABSOLUTELY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY THINGS WERE JUST FINE WHEN WE LEFT STORAGE UNIT AND THE UNIT WAS CLEAN AND SWEPT. THANK YOU PUBLIC STORAGE!
