Great size, clean, I like that you have a elevator, like that you have two floors servicing more people, like that a man was there to tell me how things work.

Telephone customer service was awesome. All automated (no real person) on site. Dusty unit. Price was ok.

The manager on site was very helpful as I could not get the online to work correctly.

I say its the best in akron if you ask me...when i came in i didn't have all the cash they held my spot for me had grate customer service i got a discount on my lock itv was nice so yeah big thumbs up for me but now im just going to keep the storage room because i got it and now dont need it but i got to get my money back other then that there perfact.

The unit is clean and my unit is perfect for me and what I needed to store in it

I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t told insurance was required until I got there. I had to purchase 2 different units then cancel them before finding out the third unit was the one I was going to go with. One of the units were indoors and the ceiling was falling in, so I denied that one. The other one was too small. I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t showed these units before I purchased them, but the agent let me get a different one after I told her the issues with the other two.

i was greeted at public storage by a woman named vanessa. she is very cuteous friendly and knowlegeable. she explained everything i needed to know in great detail ,she made me feel at ease and comfortable with my items being stored there. she made the transition painless. if i ever need to find a storage unit again i will be a repeat customer and i hope vanessa will be there to help me again . thank you vanessa and public storage

I moved to Public Storage from Storage America, because they raised my rent by 50 dollars a month. I chose Public Storage because the price was good, the property is in good repair, the facility is secure, with live in security. The young woman in the office was friendly and efficient, and the location is convenient.

The price was right much better price than other units I had called before choosing this one itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a great size for the money and a good location.

This was my first time renting a storage unit and Vanessa was extremely helpful, and patient with all of my questions. Got a good price and the unit is relatively clean. They also give military discounts so that was great as well. Definitely would recommend!

The ads were misleading to me and the staff was out sick and they kept changing my online reservation saying that the staff was sick and hospitalized..i rented a Uhaul and i rely on k.other people to help me due to being disabled which caused me to rent the Uhaul 3 extra days..and I paid this month and just got another invoice saying my payment is due...its only been a week...the parking lot is very icy and dangerous this place is not handicapped accessible for me at least

I have had very good experience with the staff at public storage facility I use. Brittain rd. I think in general PS should offer rate deals with people who are not just NEW customers. Some of us get multiple units and return again too. Security cameras monitoring could increase.

I use this storage facility a lot and would recommend it to anyone looking for a unit. The management and workers are great. Reasonably priced .They have added lots of cameras for added security.

I've found my experience with Public Storage to be just okay. The customer service reps at the Brittain Road location are not very friendly when if express concerns or attempt to resolve issues. Customer Service is priority to me when dealing with a business or recommending a business to friends and/or associates. Maybe some training on tone of voice, listening to understand, and overall continued successful communication will benefit the location to have the best relationship with customers.
