This is my first personal experience with renting a storage cubicle. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was. The service was superb, and my cubicle is perfect for my needs and pocketbook. I've compared my experience so far with friends who have used storage facilities and they are jealous of the cleanliness and service! I'm so happy to have found Sentry Stor All!

Would have been great however the lighting could be better especially for single women. My concern is safety. Also I believe there should be some type of security cameras. I will never go there alone.

Joe, the Gentleman that runs the facility was very friendly and made easy work with getting me through the system. Explained everything out to me and made sure I knew my codes.

Storage facility was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. But I think the facility ( indoor) should require customers to enter personal pass code for entry into bldg. Our unit is down one of the short hallways and I watched a customer leave back doors open and leave. This leaves facility open for criminals. Security needs to be improved.

The new 10x10 outdoor unit i got is great and clean. I like that they walk to your locker before because if they hadnt my stuff would not have fit.

The manager called me the morning of scheduled move in to confirm. I met him later that day. He was friendly and well organized. Everything went good.

I purchased a 3month Groupon offer and got my unit December 13th. My first rental payment is due March 1st. That's not 3 months. I understand that all rent is due each month on the first but the fact is the same that I was not given the offer as advertised.
