Customer service was not great with my move. I reserved a first floor unit. They told me it would not be taken. Then when I called to pay for it they gave it away. I called on Monday and the day after I called to pay for it. Then I called to talk to them again and the woman told me it was on the first floor not the second. I wanted a first floor unit because I physically struggle to move things. I'm not happy with customer service.
