Online was more helpful than it was when I actually got there. I was disappointed and my reservation was not acknowledged but I got the storage anyway

The staff was very helpful and made my experience very easy.

I was coming in from out of state and wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t sure if the unit I held was going to be big enough. I was able to go check out the unit and then came back and got right to the paperwork which took no time at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered and they not once got annoyed with me when I had more questions come up which has happened before with other facilities.

When I moved into my storage locker there was something dead inside the bag and the whole locker was smelling bad

Very nice facility and customer service. I really like the fact that no matter the time (even 3am in the morning) you can get a storage unit, pay for it, and move in by doing it all online. Units are a bit pricey, but do fall in line with the pricing for the area.

I did not like that they forced me to pay $11.00 a month for insurance on my own belongings. Plus a one time fee of $24.00

The unit has a couple leaks unit. The door needs replaced. The staff was great, but Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not happy about spending $155 a month for leaks and a crappy door

We were very impressed with the service given by Tom, the manager. He explained everything thoroughly, gave us a tour and answered all questions we had. Service and safety are key at storage facilities and this place seems to have both.

The lady that helped me was very nice, she read all of the information to me so that I knew what I was signing, then had it all e-mailed to me in case I wanted to check it over for myself. She gave me business cards and phone numbers, walked me through the use of the security keypad to make sure I understood how it worked, and even stayed to make sure I was able to get my things loaded into the unit! I'm pleasantly surprised at how wonderfully the prices fit with my budget and will definitely use them again if ever I need to store things. I can travel now with my mind at ease knowing my things are safe. They even offer auto pay options so I don't have to stress about paying that bill! All in all, I'm 100% satisfied!

moved in after dark - no working electricity or light inside the storage unit. everything else was great.

Friendly and accommodating staff, clean facility, we'll worth using if you need storage space. Dave is one he'll of a salesman and even more so a he'll of a nice guy. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Although there were a few small holes in the walls between units I doubt they are much of a security threat. The service was very friendly and helpful.

My unit was almost half the price of u-haul's, the service is excellent, from what I could see it's very clean. Could use a 2nd exit though

First of all the customer service was great and they didn't pressure you into anything and they talked to you in a comfortable manner. Second the price is very well for comparison with other around me. I didn't like how the walls looked like they were caving in and it was still a little ditty but nothing major.

The space I got will serve my current needs and at a reasonable price.
