Clean, friendly and availability Clean inside and out and free of interior moisture especially after some heavy rain. Friendly and helpful staff. Had the right size unit at the right price when we needed it. Addressing the issue of a large area of pooling water outside the unit due to a clogged rain water drain.

Once I reserved my space I had communication updates by email and by phone. Buildings are clean and well maintained. The office manager was very friendly and informative and made me feel like a family member. Great customer service! I highly recommend this property for your storage needs.

Reception was not too knowledgeable as to how to pull up my confirm booking of our unit, After much talk, she insisted on making me another reservation though I told her I have a unit and number and code she insisted it could belong to someone else and could not honor my confirm booking After 45min I had to make a call to customer service where I got results to confirm yes I already had everything set to move in...this should of never taken 45plus min to resolve....
