Yes, I was very happy with the service given, especially when you can walk into an office, be greeted and talk with an actual person and be given personal service for your storage needs. Nick was very helpful and gave great service. The negative down side, was the high price change from online pricing to the actual cost, seemed a little like bait and switch to me. When you are moving you are trying to keep within budget of things without hidden costs and increases or surprises of a higher increase at signing, that is very frustrating to me. The over all experience was great.

First experience with lifestorage. Very pleasant I was greeted right away by Keith. The process took no more than ten minutes. It is clean the parking lot is free of debris and the location of the parking is easily accessible and the parking spots are so that you are not cramped In. Jamie Clements took the call and Keith Sterling checked me in.

I shopped several places online and Uncle Bob's was the best value for a 5X10 unit. Nicole, the store manager had everything ready to go when I arrived and was very nice to deal with. The unit I rented was at least the size advertised and had usable space to stack boxes 8 feet high. The units and the property show a little age and wear and tear, but seem to be secure. If you can look past a little age to the property, I think you'll find it's a great value.

We needed a storage unit quickly and with short notice due to an illness. We needed to clear out rooms in order to get medical equipment in. Everything went quickly and we could get right in. Staff was sympathetic to our situation and was very nice. It was a good experience.

I was told a proce of 28 dollars and that was all I needed to bring in that day for my storage and the lady at the desk was very rude and said she needed 55 down and I wasnt told that price at all. In no way shape or form did she even act like she wanted my business or tried to help me out so I went to Public Storage where they are way better and treat people like they CARE with a better price!!!!!! I cant remember the womans name at the desk but she was a bitch.
