This place has horrible customer service from both the manager and employee. We tried to do the contactless move in but the manager never sent us the email to complete our move-in. We went to the site the next day and Jeff was horrible. He tried to make us get their insurance even though we told them and were prepared to provide proof of our own insurance. When we told him know he got more of an attitude. We also wanted to use our own lock, be sure to bring your own lock if you want to do that option. We werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t going to move in right at that moment but since we didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have our own lock with us, they made us get their lock. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was very helpful but the way you advertise the size of the storage units is very deceptive. My 7.5'x 10' unit was barely 9'. If I'd had an object that was 9.5' long it would not have fit. Can't understand why you would blatantly lie.

Great staff and management follow up. Most professional PS experience. My only complaints are 1) Rates are considerably higher compared to other markets I've used PS in. 2) Condition of 10 x 10 exterior unit was less than expected. Had to be swept out prior to my unloading, Unusually low ceiling and water stains/damage on wood walls from obvious past flooding. 3) Access alley/row to unit is too narrow and will cause a traffic jam if two or more vehicles in same row. Only one way in/out of row!

So far I've had a good time with Public Storage the only thing that has went wrong is my gate key code didn't work and my card says there is 24/7 access but they close at 10 pm other than that all is good.....

The management team of miles public storage facilities added me after I went on line to reserve the size storage space . The storage unit was large enough for me to organize my household item. I would recommend this facility to annyone looking for storage. Do it on line then visit to find out how the can help.

I've had to use Public Storage on a few occasions and has never been dissatisfied. I used the W.117 location first and found Russel to be very kind, helpful and keep me up to date with my storage. I then found myself needing your services again and used the Miles location. Once we got past the smell, LOL, before and after they STILL gave me Great service! Now I have to call on you all again and am STILL experiencing the same Great Service and loving it! I'm so happy with your company that I come across town just to use your services, like now. I'm a particular person and I like CLEANNESS and the SERVICE is ALWAYS on point. So, Thank you for the excellent service, cleanliness and pleasant smile with good conversations.
