The profess was simple. I was treated with courtesy and the staff is very professional and friendly. The agreement was explained in great detail. The unit was lean and I am very satisfied.

Easy process and very personable. A one customer service Only drawback was the gravel area outside the units. Hard to navigate a dolly through it. Couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t extend the ramp into the unit with a 26ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ truck, it would have blocked other customers from reaching their units.

Things were explained, and he also did awesome with helping me get into the right size unit that I ended up needing.

Sheri is fantastic and always available. Purchasing and moving was a breeze with them. She called me and it was all done over the phone and email. Very good service. I also, had to call Sheri multiple times past 6 and she was available both times!

We are in the process of selling our house and needed a space to store items while we get our house ready for sale and look for a new house. Storage in the immediate area was almost double the rate of Lincoln Street Storage. While I am not super familiar with storage units and the "process", I can say that the door worked great, the inside was swept nicely, there was no moisture, and the steel walls looked almost brand new. We are very impreseed.

The lovely lady who checked me in, opened the unit to air out, and put down additional boric acid to reduce the critters also gave me valuable advice on how to store my items and to help keep them safe. It was my first time to use a storage facility but after this great experience, I will not hesitate to do so if I need to!
