Beechmont Self Storage

Have a 5 x 5 that is wet inside -p--- just signed up for a 5 x 10. Want my payments for 5 x 5 credited to 5 x 10. I will come Tuesaday morning, take out the few things in there. Why is it so hard to talk to someone on phone. I have tried 3 different numbers and they all send me away. I want a dry unit , driveup -- which I sgned up for. Make me an APPOINTMENT FOR 9 AM TOMORROW !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Express check in was super easy. Everything has been as I was told it would be.

I moved out of my unit on 11/27/2022 and attempted to contact them ever since to make sure they are aware I am not renting a unit any longer ,so Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not billed for Dec. I have called at least 7 times leaving messages with no return call. Once a guy named Paul answered the but put on hold 15 min never came back. Poor way to run a business!

Move in was easy and contact less. Didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to speak to anyone and was able to come and go as I please. The unit was spotless didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t see any spiders which was great.

Reserving a space was quick and simple. Finding my unit was easy. Unit was clean and easy to access. A great price!

Price could have been better. I looks like a place to get in and easily.

The guy working the main office was very nice and helpful! Super quick and easy to move in and great location!
