Lisa there was very friendly and helpful. She gave me a tour of the facility and my storage space first, then checked me in and explained things. The storage facility is easily accessible, and very clean, and I was very pleased with everything.

One of the least expensive options for storage units in the Cincinnati area. Relatively clean and carts available to help with moving.

The registration and initial check in process was very fast and easy. The unit I reserved was clean, as was the rest of the facility. I have rented with other storage facilities before and this facility is by far the cleanest, and the customer service team was extremely helpful.

The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The only hiccup was we didn't have verification of property insurance, so that took my agent about 20 min to send. We got a 10x10 unit for the cost of a 5x10 at other area locations. Our unit is very close to the loading dock. Couldn't be happier.
