I was looking for a 10x5 or a 10x7 unit that was around 20-30 a month. They were able to give me a 10x5 unit and I rented at the end of the month so my first month rent was prorated to less than $5 plus a $29 admin fee. Once I paid and accepted the unit, THEY gave me three months for free after that. So I moved in the next day with complete ease. They had THREE free carts/dolly's to help you move your stuff while accessing the elevator. Two trips up the elevator later, all my belongings were in a climate controlled environment with a roll up door. It was super clean and easy. Only downside is they outsource their customer service and they cannot answer any decent question I had. But to have gotten four months for $32, it was a STEAL. I bought my own ins for $7.99 and a lock for under $5.00. Awesome investment and experience. You do HAVE to get there before 5PM on moving day to show the office your ID, and they let me email my proof of ins prior to my arrival so there wasnt a need to scramble and print something. I would definitely recommend this storage facility. It is not 24/7 access, but does stay open until 10PM using your gate access code. Make the smart investment and rent your storage space here!

Clean, quick and a nice facility

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s like walking into a hotel. I was at public storage prior and the employee are not helpful. When I let them know that I was no longer needing it my last day I went and picked out what I can put in my car. I had like a mirror and a few things left came back couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get in the gate. He had already taken my stuff out of the storage and put it in the garbage And I had ample time five hours left to get my stuff out . Glenway storage is very clean. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s honestly like youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re going into a hotel. The gentleman who has worked with me very pleasant. Highly recommend this place. Especially on how clean it is.

The customer service was great on short notice to get a storage unit. I was happy with price, size and cleanliness. Definitely worth it.

It was easy, clean and a well maintained environment.

Front desk was beyond efficient. Matched some online coupons for my convenience which sped things up. This facility is spotless clean and non creepy. I highly recommend this facility it is very nice. Customer service was stellar!

Great prices and clean Facility

Very simple and straight to the point. Clean and carts are always at the door for easy transporting from vehicle to storage unit.

I was told the facility was closed yesterday, however, upon arrival to visually look at the facility, i received a call from the manager of the facility who was actually there. He assisted me and helped me into my spot. Great attention and customer service.

This guy's will help you with all your storage needs and even go to the length of giving you a price the self service kiosk will not give you. I got 3 different discount for a 5*7 space and I really love it.

Customer service is great! Easy to access and secure.

I was not told I had to get renters insurance until after I came over and walked and looked at the spaces. I think that should be something you should be made aware of. If you don't want the insurance you can't sue if there is lost or damage to your property. That's my opinion

The storage facility was spotless. Rick, the manager that followed up and checked me in was professional and thorough.

When i called about storing my camper the staff was great showed me around and let me xhoose from the availible spots.

I like the 24 hour access and the rooftop location to store my RV. The spots provide just enough space and easy access. There is gated security and security cameras were being installed according to the manager who rented the spot to me. The place is clean and seems well maintained. Most important: the price is right! Way to go.

Good communication nice facility

Needed the unit Feb 1. Also needed to get the paperwork done on the 29 of Jan because I was going out of town. Knit picked me for the xtra 3 days because the computer wouldn't let him register me in advance .

Best place by far my car is stored there because I am waiting on my motor to come in so I can put it in my car

Facility is located within and old big box store so it is very well climate controlled and secure from the elements. Unit is carpeted which is a bonus. Very clean and well organized. Staff was extremely helpful. Even parking while loading/unloading is under cover so don't have to wait for a sunny day to move!

The only thing we didn't know about was the red tag on the unit which someone there told us to just pull it off. The lights did not come on unless it was because of the door being propped open. All went smoothly and would definitely recommend your facility to anyone!

Only one issue, the hours of operation. Not covered in your survey. Other than that, the best facility I've rented from.

Very happy so far. This facility is much nicer than the last storage facility I used... well-lit, clean, access to electrical outlets, hand carts available near the entrances to help with moving your items. Staff was friendly and helpful (even though I stopped in 15 minutes before the office closed). Would heartily recommend to others!

This is my first time using storage space...I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't rate it excellent because I don't have anything to compare it to. Overall, I'm very pleased with Glenway Storage and feel content that stuff will be safe.

Quick and easy

I had to pick a storage in an hour cause the apt I wanted to move into got canceled. This guys were so helpful. They have the best price in town and they arrange everything quickly. The storage itself is so clean with security cameras all around. Best choice!

I needed to change the size of my unit twice and the associates at Glenway Storage have been very accommodating without any hesistance they were able to find me a unit right away and not far from exiting unit. That meant a lot to me because I have bad knees and was in need of having surgery , the less steps I had to take the better for me. Then there was another time I needed help lifting something onto my truck and the manager was more than helpful in helping me put the item on my truck without any complaints or making up any excuses that he had something else to . Outstanding in all aspects

Good. I was told by the manager on duty when I reserved that I would receive a month free as that was the February promotion. However, when I actually moved in I was told nothing is free.

Amazing! They are very thorough and caring! They even called to remind me that I had forgotten to put a lock on to secure my unit. They made my whole process easy.

This is our 1st experience in renting a storage unit and we are very happy with our choice of Glenway Storage. The property manager was very helpful and very professional. Security seems very good. There was construction going on when we were there but was clean in non-construction areas.
