Not a lot of space to park my 12 foot trailer

She was very friendly. Answered any questions I had. Didn't mind taking me to look at different units to best suite my needs . Even gave me a better cheaper rate than what it was online...

Unit was surprisingly fairly cool despite it being 90° and humid. There was also no dampness despite a heavy downpour.. im confident my belongings will be fine

The day I was comparing local storage facilities Public Storage was last fourth and last stop. Their location was just as good as the others but the price was better. Also, the on-site manager did a fantastic job; was very friendly and professional. Thank you...

On a positive note the representative on the phone and at the side we're both very helpful and courteous.... I was told prior to renting the space that there was a freight elevator since the spot I was interested in was on the 2nd level.... When I arrived at the space, and started the actual rental process, I was informed that there was no freight elevator so it caused me a lot of inconvenience getting back to the person that was actually going to be placing the items in storage... Your phone representatives should be made aware of the facilities that have a freight elevator or not and inform potential renters with accurate information.

the only thing when I rented storage was I was not told there is no electric in that unit.

Good location, easy access to the unit and safe. A little expensive and the back metal wall of my unit was covered in rust.

I have been storing for 6 months so far and just went to pay for another 6 months, Tawnya was so wonderful, she explained everything in detail, she made sure I left knowing how to set up my own account to manage myself, she assured me that my items are good hands with her there, she had informed me that I was not insured, and i immediately was able to fix that with her. She greeted me with a smile and more than willing to help me from taking a payment all the way to asking me if i have my things inside the unit covered, if i needed anything to make sure that I received my things out of storage the same way that I had placed them inside!!!! During my time at public storage I have not Ever met anyone like her and with as much eagerness to make sure that i am still pleased with my unit six months later. It was great to feel like someone else cared about my belongings as much as I do!!! Great Job Tawnya and I hope she can see this and realize how much I appreciate all of her help on Friday!!!!:)

Went here expecting a headache but I was surprised at how informative & helpful Jenny was. She was professional without being a complete robot & answered most of my questions before I asked them. As a manager myself, I wish I had an asset like this. I will make sure to refer anyone to this location & ask for her! Thanks!

We rented a unit located on Mt. Carmel Tobasco Rd. The girl who waited on us was very pleasant,very detailed and did a great job. However, when I called the main number to ask about my reservation I made online the girl was not friendly at all and actually a little rude. I was grateful not to have to deal with her locally. The light bulb is burnt out in our unit.

The facility is ok, a bit old and since the keypad is not accessible from your car, it sucks in the rain. The management staff is very nice and definitely makes the experience better. No real complaints other than the cost. The larger units are VERY expensive.
