Kellie is the best! I walked in with a great need to find a home for my Party Supplies and also in need to find an apt too. Kellie helped me with both. Thankfully it wasn't busy at the time so she got apt names and phone numbers for me. Her customer service is so beyond measure, not because she helped with the Apts, but because she's a natural, she has the skills to accommodate customers in a very pleasant way. She represents the company well. Thanks again Kellie!

Reasonably priced and the lady that we talked to was very polite and professional. Storage was convenient and easy access. I found it very comforting with the high surveillance system they have to ensure my property is stays safe. I was however a little disappointed in the condition of my storage unit. The paint on my door to my unit was chipping away so every time I opened it or closed it paint chipping fell off on to me and everything in the storage. It was a lot of chippings that fell at a time (every time) which made it irritating not to mention if you were looking up while trying to grab the rope to close the door you would get it in your eyes and on your face. It's not like it falling on my belongings will ruin them it was just irritating. Other than that I have no complaints with them and if I'm ever in need of a storage unit in the future I'll come back.

What I was quoted online was much much more than what I had to pay. I picked a medium storage but I don't think it was worth what I paid. The only good experience was the conversation with the worker.

I feel as a if we should not have to buy a lock if we already have one and we telling you that we have one and you all still make us b buys lock if we don't have it with us at that time

I came to the facility stressed and in trouble. I left more than satisfied while paying less than I thought as well. The attendant Laura was nice and very helpful. She helped save the day.
