Very clean facility. Online reservation & checkin was flawless. My app did not work the first time, but if I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get it working next time. I will check with the office. Traditional access code at kiosk was flawless with repeat attempts going both in & out. Price was ve competitive relative to other facilities. Located just off a commercial area so I can easily access the space during a normal shopping excursion with little added time or miles.

Great price for the space. Customer service is great. However, while I was working in the storage space the lights all went out. I had to stop what I was dong and walk down the hall to activate the lights again. The storage units are dark, not much light and no outlets to plug one in. If. you need to do much close up work in the units you will need to bring a battery operated light source. I was just assembling storage shelves and not able to read the directions. Lights would help. D

Dont like the insurance i must purchase. Nor do i like the certain lock i had to buy. Love the location and security. Unfortunate the gate must be broke because the gate has been open for a couple days now.

The storage facility is neat and clean except for an apparent oil spill on my floor. It was cleaned up, but I am concerned about that stain contaminating some of our boxes. Mindy has been extremely helpful, pleasant and professional...a real asset to PS. Thank you!

Honestly, this place had everything I needed. If your looking for a locker too keep your things safe this is the place to be. And don't even get me started on the manager. She was so good with what she did that I may have tried to steal her for my own business. Needless to say I had a heavenly experience with the beautiful place. If you have an issue with this place then you need to check yourself before you wreck yourself.

She was so busy the first time I stopped in, I decided to leave and come back the next day. She apologized when I returned the next day. She absolutely didn't need to because it's wasn't her fault. Still it was nice that she recognized me and said something. She's incredibly professional and, honestly, if we were hiring right now, I'd try to steal her from you! Also, the lot was very clean, the unit was clean and the gate/security is probably excessive for what we're storing but still a nice feature. The only negative is that the cost was higher than I expected because of the required insurance. Overall terrific experience so far and I would highly recommend your facility. Thanks!

The only concern that I had was the lighting outside the facility at night. Other than that, everything was great. The people treated me with the up most respect, they addressed all of my concerns, and offered help anytime I needed it. I definitely recommend this facility

I like the staff and the office hours, but the gate hours suck. I dont like the fact if i take too long in my storage i will have to call the police to let me out.

Very well kept and well secured. Only thing I can think that would make it nicer (for me) would maybe be longer hours. Gates lock at 9pm, which has been hard to make in time on certain evenings when I work late. Staying open till 10pm would be a lot nicer. Other than that, best storage facility I've ever used.

Storage space conveniently located to our new home will make emptying the storage unit quick and easy. Only tip might be for the property manager to make sure bushes are trimmed away from keypads for easier accessibility.

They recorded my unit number wrong when they assigned it to me, which resulted in them a week later cutting the lock off and going in my unit, thinking it was an empty. It also caused my gate code to no longer worked, and I had to arrange to come back and get a new lock and gate code when there was someone at the office. I live 30 minutes away now, so it was frustrating.
