I was nervous to put our belongings in storage while we wait for our home to be remodeled. The last time we did storage, our belongings were robbed right out of our unit and it was a terrible experience. I expressed this to Shawn at the front desk and he went out of his way to show me all the security features in place. I appreciated his time AND I was impressed with the security! I will definitely be recommending this facility to my family and friends. The place is clean, fresh, and Shawn was so kind. 5 out of 5 stars

It will be okay as far as I know

This storage space is clean and I like that it's climate controlled. My mother's cloth couch and chair and all her items from her apt. is stored here and I'm not concerned about rodents destroying her stuff. I had a non climate storage space which was not well taken care of with insulation falling down and charged more. I cancelled that storage for this one.

I also feel like for the large volume of business coming through that place they should have more staff;The check in time was ridiculous&there was only one CSR,on the 1st of the month which is always certainly busy...Not to attack the well experienced agent on duty,but she was clearly overwhelmed,which made her etiquette slightly callous.

I found my unit easily. It was very clean. She made sure I knew hours of operation, where both service elevators are and how to get out if there's traffic. She was very helpful.

The facility is nicely maintained and convenient to town. It's great to be able to drive through and load inside the building no matter what the weather. Despite being indoors the facility is accessible by code when the office is closed, until 9 pm. There are even toilets available. The price is reasonable and the staff is very helpful, friendly and professional. They explain the terms and policies clearly. In addition they have packing and moving supplies as well as U-Haul truck rentals. I have rented a van, which ran fine though the driver/passenger area needed a little cleaning. Also there is a little debris by my unit. I am not sure how to dispose of it, as I don't see a trash can nearby. On the whole though I am very satisfied with my experience thus far.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The facility is well ventilated and always clean.

I've used this facility for nearly 10 years. As indicated, the facility meets my basic storage needs. It's location is a bit inconvenient to my residence; but, until recently, the price somewhat compensated for the distance. The chilliness in the winter makes for uncomfortable visits, but not totally intolerable. A bit more shelving in the larger units would be appreciated. This year's (exorbitant!) price increase prompts me to consider other storage alternatives. First consideration is to reduce my rental from two units to one. Next is to consider similar, less pricy, accommodations closer to my residence. In any case, I have found the facility useful and the staff very responsive. Thank you

I like the location. It's convenient and the drive up access is nice especially in cold weather. Climate control is nice. D

Monica is terrific. We have stored business related items there for 5 years. It was always a decent facility. Since the ownership change, Monica has it looking and operating as fine as any storage place in the city. The prices are very reasonable.

Wish there was a forklift available again. It was a great benefit under previous ownership. I occasionally receive deliveries on pallets that need forklift. Glad to see back lot is being cleaned out and refurbished.

Monica, the property management person, is wonderful to work with and extremely accommodating but there is another woman, Dama, who just joined and she is very difficult to deal with and not accommodating at all! The storage areas are well kept and it is a very clean facility! And safe! I was concerned about the property at first glance but have found it to be excellent!

I think this place is very awesome. I had no one to help me but my 8yr old nephew and they helped me move my things into my storage. Great customer service

Besides the time they close I think it's great place.

I rent the indoor storage space for tools and yard equipment as well as the outdoor space as parking for my husband's truck. The place is secure, has indoor climate control and is run very well.

Front Desk Representative is very nice. Glad the new owners will allow renters in to look over or check their 'bin' during weekend hours. The rental price is good. The lighting is good and I feel safe within the building while there alone.

The price is great for the space. It is very secure with a coded entry. The inside is very clean and all the lights work. The units look like new and are very well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful and will walk you through the entire process. This place is great!

I've always been dealt with professionally and courteously and all requirements to utilize this storage facility have been made very clear from the beginning. My only comment is that when I occasionally need to stay longer at my unit, the overhead lights turn off in a timed period and seeing becomes difficult.
