I was not informed that the unit i rented is not accessible by a larger uhaul truck. I had to park a good distance away from my unit and carry my items. I was not prepared for this, and honestly I would've asked for a different unit had I known this.

I like the fact that our unit is indoors I feel it's safer from vandalism but it also feels safer from changes in weather not too hot not too cold so I feel like my items will Fare better than units that are out in the elements
