It was really nice to have helpful human beings helping me out with this transition into this storage unit nice and clean and like I said great staff!

I had a great experience moving in all of my dorm room supplies. It is in a good area and I felt very safe while moving everything in.

The manager at the location In Middleburg Heights is AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond to assist me! I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family!

Have rented with them since 2017 and no complaints, except when rent goes up. Rondae and Kristie are excellent at customer service.

5x10 unit was about 4x8 if that... Next size up was very pricey.

The online reservation was convenient, but meeting and working with Nancy in the office made the whole experience! She is professional, accommodating, and very gregarious! I enjoyed working with her!

there a hole in fence near the field in back of cubes. Also this is the second time i rented a cube from this place. It was 3 yrs ago, that i had a 5x10. Dont understand why i had to pay another $25 administration fee, seems i ddint get half off as indicated by ad. Just wondering is i could get 1/2 off next months rent.

I reserved my unit online with no problems. I used their moving truck to move, instead of renting a uhaul. Saved me a lot of money

Staff worked with me to set the correct rate and correct any issues with my reservation. Great location and staff

This was the first time I had a need for a storage unit, after selling my parents' home and not yet having room for some of the items that were removed from the house. I was happy to find a CubeSmart storage facility close to home. Dan, who was the person to whom I spoke on the phone and who was in the office when I arrived to pick up my key and sign the contract, was helpful and friendly. The unit I chose was just the right size, although I would have preferred to pay a lower monthly fee.

The space is exactly what I needed. It's both close to my home and major roads, but not conspicuous. The office people are personable, well-informed and helpful.

The facility is clean and secure. The staff is excellent!

I was very hesitant of any storage unite anywhere. Forget Uhaul or anywhere else, these guys are the way to go. Friendly staff, secure and clean, and a free truck. Whats not to like.

I checked several places before choosing CubeSmart. My local CubeSmart was competitively priced and had a 1st month free special going on. Dan was very friendly and helpful. He let me checkout the size my intended unit, which helped me decide on whether or not to go larger. And it happened to be the closest storage facility to my home.

I can't find the words to describe my experience, maybe (refreshing) Most times I find customer service is a thing of the past, but certainly not at this U -Store It. Customer Service is what it is all about! I am forever grateful for kindness I received.

I want to share the details of my renting experience with the U -Store It Engle Rd Middleburg Hts, Ohio office. It was just wonderful! I had to rent 2 separate units within 2 months of each other. One due to my Fathers illness and one due to my sisters moving. Each time I was nervous and upset about the circumstances. Both times Carole helped me rent my units. She is so kind and helpful. I believe she went way beyond her job title helping me. She has a calming gift and made me feel OK.

I was really impressed by the customer service at the Middleburg Heights location. The facilities (storage units), grounds and office are always clean and attractive. Rondae absolutely went the extra mile for us - we needed space and a truck and she was so accommodating - we arrived at the last minute and she still was very gracious and we were able to obtain everything we needed. Will not hesitate to recommend and use again!

The Management Team at the Middleburg Heights, Ohio facility are very professional and hard working. They keep the property very clean & orderly. They have gone out of their way for my parking needs when there is severe weather several times to keep my truck accessible. This is extremely important to my business of selling Little Debbie Snack Cakes. Also, when they see my truck coming, they will open the gate for me. This has never happened before in my 19 years.

Carol was very professional when she processed me in as a customer. She handled herself with great customer service ability. She was kind, polite and answered all of my questions. She should applauded.
