Im very pleased with the unit how clean easy excess how friendly the attendant was just was upset that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s advertised that a truck was available to use if u were 50miles or less free!!! Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s why I choose this facility but they said the motor blew up and they are not replacing it I was very upset!!!!!

Took advantage of 10% discount offer. Close to home - unit close to entrance of the bldg so access is easy.

Relocating for work. Needed a place to store stuff until I get a new place. This was very convenient and easily accessible.

We had to unload from ABF and the unit was sitting there for the whole day even though we requested them to take the trailer the same day we loaded. The staff was so friendly ,patient and accommodating. Thank you.

Quick, easy, and painless

I made an online reservation, met with the site manager the next morning and was ready to go within 20 minutes.

Check-in was fast and the deal worked out nicely for our storage needs. The unit is secure and the facility is well-appointed.

I reserved this storage unit a 10 x 10 over the phone thru Penske and all was Fabo!! The Manager Denise is a Blast with a Great personality. I do agree that I should have been told about the extra fees up front but still it was a great deal, and a very clean unit.

We were very pleased with the Manager, Denise, at this facility in North Olmsted. When I called I talked to someone in Austin, TX. He was good but two things were not mentioned. The $22 Admin fee along with the monthly insurance required. Would suggest these be mentioned to eliminate surprises.

I couldn't ask for better service. I feel completely secure with this storage facility!

Denise, the facility manager, was very helpful when we made an online reservation and moved in two hours later. The unit and the entire facility was very clean.

Took awhile for paperwork but overall was a nice unit.
