I don't feel like my things are safe.. The gate is always open and there is no rope so it's extremely hard to lift the door

I made a reservation online and did not get a follow-up appointment to have the paperwork done. When I arrived at 3:30 there was a notice on the door saying that the manager would be back at 4:15. 4:15 we go and check the door and the sign now says that they would return at 5:45 with the place closing at 6:00 p.m. so we sat there until a little after 5:00 and then finally I saw someone with a clipboard walking around so I drove over and asked her if they worked there and they said yes they do and I said well I needed to get in my storage unit and she explained to me that she was the only person on the property and that we should have drove around to find her in order to do the paperwork...really? I don't rent storage units every day of the week so how am I supposed to know that there's not going to be personnel in the office of a business and that you have to drive around the property to find them to do their job so that was unsatisfactory.. then, since we did not provide our own locks which we were not aware that we had to that was another $30 then we were told that we have to have renters insurance which was another $12 so instead of the $110 that I thought the unit was going to be came out to 161 my advice to people make sure you budget extra because they'll find ways to charge it and if there's nobody at the office drive around and look for them LOL. The area itself has lots of dirty garbage piled up all over in the middle of the parking lot is basically a dead tree in all of its limbs so you have to drive around and avoid that the exit doesn't work you have to go in and out of the same entrance so if somebody's coming in you have to wait so they can come in and you can go out I'm already in there and I'll use it but it is not the best experience that I have and if I were to recommend people I would say go somewhere else.

I had to find a storage facility super quick and I was quite worried about it. I found this facility online. The agent on the phone was very patient in answering all of my questions and making recommendations for the size of unit I needed, given what I wanted to store. She set me up with an onsite interview and the rest was history! I'm very pleased with my choice and know that you will be too if you store your things here :-)

My check in was fast and customer service was amazing. My storage unit was clean and ready for me to move right in. The price was excellent compared to others in the area. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m completely satisfied with my cube.

Roll up door is corroded at the bottom with significant open holes where it meets the ground. Concerned about water infiltration during heavy snow and melt.

Everything went very smoothly from making my account to moving in. The staff was very helpful and made the often stressful process as easy as possible.

I reserved a space online but after checking in and speaking with the manager I realized I needed more space. The manager walked me through and help determine what size space I needed. He was extremely helpful and I got a great discount.

My move-in was very accessible getting my furniture and other personal items in with ease. Very convenient and Nick was very helpful and pleasant.

Manager was nice, answered my questions. Storage unit had a stain from water damage that hopefully is not a reoccurring issue.

This place is just off 271 (maybe .5 Miles) great pricing. There are cameras and gates, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d say itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s fairly secure but Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not storing valuables so I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t say this was my first priority. Overall, this place was clean, easy to get to and the manager was very professional.

From the inquiry phone call through fulfilling the reservation, the level of professionalism is unsurpassed.

The staff was very helpful in answering questions and providing any and all materials necessary for the unit (i.e. locks, plastic to put down on the floor etc.) The unit itself worked fine, and the facility seems quite secure.

This was the cheapest place I could find on the east side of Cleveland, especially with something that I could drive to. When I arrived, the manager was super nice and helpful, even knowing that I was only going to rent for a few months (storing college stuff for the summer).

First time using a storage unit, so for now it appears adequate for my needs.

When I first moved in they said they would be cutting the lock so they could replace the door and then put a new lock on same day. Then during my stay Mgmt called me to ask if I removed the lock, which I did not. The initial lock (which was locked by mgmt) went missing and my storage unit was unlocked for unknown time. They immediately put a new one on after they called, but this definitely scared me. I believe it was a break down between the two managers. The day shift manager was very helpful though and gave great service. Think his name started with an A or R

Prices can be reduced or provide promotional deals

it has been a very nice experience. However, I feel I should have been notified when the lock and door were changed on my storage unit. Instead, I had to drive back through the parking lot attempt turn left onto a busy street only to turn back into the unit just so that I could get into the office to get a key for the new lock. if I had known ahead of time, I would have taken care of that as soon as I had pulled in. An email would have been great!

Quick and efficient love the hours.

The storage unit worked for our needs. We had to move leaves from outside the front of the unit because the wind had piled them there. The move-in free truck rental was a great offer and should not be missed when selecting a storage company

I came in with a reservation for a unit that was too small for my needs. The manager was able to quickly find me a suitable space. They even lent me an umbrella! Full service, good value, friendly and knowledgeable.

I picked up a lock, paid the rent, signed the lease, was shown the location and started storing immediately. Clean and nice service.
