Well a bit rocky at first. The initial set up took a lot longer then I thought it should take and my pin code didn't work I the outside gate upon my first entrance, however it was taken care on the spot, even in the late hours. So great customer service. Very helpful and polite.

I've rented a few places throughout the years and this particular location the ladies are super pleasant, and with my hectic life/job I hadn't been to call back as promptly as I do so I commend them on their patience and overall kindness! Security is great and facility is super clean. I'm very happy!
