The process was smooth, ordering the unit, paying for it, signing the paperwork, getting keys and moving in. The manager of the location was amazing. Great energy, wonderful conversationalist, he made it so everything was clear and concise. I never thought I would say this, but I ENJOYED my time at Life Storage- McCracken Rd.
